Rather than treating a diagnosis in isolation, she looks at sleep, stress, medical history, family context, and daily functioning to understand what's driving symptoms. Her medication management process includes evaluating symptoms, selecting an appropriate medication when indicated, monitoring response over time, and adjusting treatment as needed. When therapy would strengthen results, she coordinates directly with the licensed therapists on the Premier Wellness Healthcare team.
