Get to know Lanika WIlson, LCSW-C

Lanika Wilson, LCSW‑C, provides individual therapy for adults and older adolescents ages 17 and up. She brings experience from both school-based and outpatient settings and supports clients navigating anxiety, mood disorders, PTSD, ADHD, grief, low self-esteem, OCD, parenting challenges, and adjustment to life changes and stressors.

Lanika earned her Master’s in Social Work from the Catholic University of America in 2020. She believes mental health is just as essential as physical health and is committed to helping clients grow into the strongest, healthiest versions of themselves. Her clinical style is integrative and flexible, blending traditional talk therapy with trauma‑focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF‑CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based strategies to help clients understand and manage their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

At the core of Lanika’s work is a warm, authentic therapeutic relationship. She partners with clients in a collaborative, supportive way that empowers them to shape their emotional well‑being. Lanika is excited to walk alongside each client on their healing journey and to equip them with practical tools for a more grounded, fulfilling life
