When You Arrive

We do not have an on‑site receptionist. A chime alerts your provider when you enter. Please sign in and have a seat.

If your appointment is before 5pm and your provider hasn't come out within 15 minutes, please call our office at 888-333-1345 and select 0.  If you are appointment is after 5 PM and your provider hasn’t come out within 15 minutes, call 888‑333‑1345 and use your clinician’s extension.

Your Visit

Please complete your consent forms in the patient portal before your appointment. We cannot approve an appointment request until all paperwork is finished. You’ll have 24 hours to complete the forms; if they aren’t done within that timeframe, the appointment request will be declined. If you need help, just give us a call.

Online scheduling

Requesting an appointment online does not guarantee that specific time slot.

​

After we receive your request, we will send your intake paperwork through the patient portal. Once all forms are completed and submitted electronically, our team will review your information to confirm that the provider you selected is in network with your insurance and an appropriate clinical fit.  When the review is complete, we will either approve or decline the appointment. You will receive an email with the decision, so please check your spam folder as well. To verify your appointment at any time, you may also call us at 888‑333‑1345.

Finding Us
We’re in the Spenceloa Main Street Center, across from Bel Air Elementary. Our name is on the front door.
Street parking is available for $0.50/hour, with 15 free minutes. Parking is free after 5 PM, weekends, and holidays.

Accessibility
The Main Street entrance has stairs. If you need the elevator entrance, let us know so we can make sure you can get in—especially for appointments after 5 PM.

Controlled Medications

  • There is no guarantee that controlled medications will be prescribed.

  • Providers usually wait until the second visit after reviewing records and required lab work.

  • At least one in‑person visit per year is required for anyone receiving controlled medications.

  • Refill requests need 72 hours’ notice, Monday–Friday only.

Scheduling & Cancellations

  • You can schedule online or by calling 888‑333‑1345.

  • Please give 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

  • Late cancellations or no‑shows incur a $100 fee.

  • After three missed appointments, you may be discharged from the practice.

Forms & Paperwork

  • Simple forms: $10

  • Complex forms: $25

  • FMLA/disability paperwork: starts at $75 and often requires 1–2 hours.

  • Providers must meet with you for at least 8 sessions before completing FMLA or disability paperwork.

Billing

  • Most major insurance plans are accepted.

  • A valid credit card must be kept on file unless you have Maryland Medicaid or VA Community Care.

  • Copays and deductibles are due at the time of service.

  • Accounts over $150 require a payment plan before scheduling.

Legal, School, and IEP Requests

  • Legal involvement or school/IEP meetings are billed at $175/hour, including prep and travel.

  • These services are not covered by insurance.

​
