With a career spanning private practice and collaborations across multiple behavioral health organizations, Pat brings extensive experience supporting individuals and families in diverse settings. She provides therapy to adults ages 18 and older, specializing in supportive Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for those navigating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and related challenges as they work toward meaningful, lasting change.
