Kristle Fullerton is a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker–Certified (LCSW‑C) based in Bel Air, Maryland. With more than fifteen years of diverse experience, she has built her career on providing exceptional care and meaningful support to individuals and families throughout her community. Kristle earned her master’s degree from the University of Maryland School of Social Work in 2008, specializing in management, community organizing, and clinical social work.

Her commitment to Harford County is reflected in her extensive service across local schools, public health organizations, and hospital systems. Since the opening of the Klein Family Harford Crisis Center, Kristle has played a vital role in offering outpatient crisis counseling and therapy to hundreds of individuals across the lifespan.

Kristle’s clinical practice centers on helping people navigate life’s challenges, including depression, anxiety, stress, and a wide range of behavioral health concerns. She is known for her empathetic, grounded approach and her ability to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel understood and empowered. She offers both telehealth and in‑person appointments to ensure accessible, flexible care for those seeking mental health support.
