- Your connection with the teletherapy platform can be checked via this website.
- If you are using your computer, ensure that all other tabs, windows, and internet-using programs are closed. The teletherapy platform works best when it is the only thing open on your computer, also allowing you to focus on your teletherapy session with minimal distractions!
- If you are using your phone, turn on "Do Not Disturb" to prevent any interruptions during your teletherapy session. If a call comes through during your teletherapy session, the session will disconnect
- If you are still experiencing issues, see if others in the house are utilizing the internet. Others utilizing the internet may cause issues with your teletherapy visit.
