Our Scheduling Process

Our office offers three different ways to schedule an appointment.

After our office receives your appointment request, we will send you our intake paperwork through our patient portal within 24 hours. Once this paperwork is completed and returned to us (it’s all electronic through our patient portal!), we will review the information to ensure the therapist you selected is in network with your insurance and is a good fit.

We will review the information within 24 hours of receiving your completed forms, confirm that this therapist is a good fit, and approve your appointment request. If the therapist is not a good fit or is not in network with your insurance, we will contact you via phone and/or email and decline your appointment request.
